Ghanaian fitness enthusiast, Sista Abena on Utv has demonstrated basic tips for females who want a curvaceous body shape by gaining weight at their backside.
Sista Abena was a guest on Utv’s ‘Adekye Nsroma’ show and as her work demands, she demonstrated some tip for one to gain a ‘mountainous’ butt.
According to Sista Abena, workout is a practice and hence one needs a heavy object and squat with it and by doing so it brings muscles to the backside.
The fitness enthusiast mentioned some instruments, terminologies and some simple tips in her video when she was on Utv.
