Nigerians seem to be angered by some comments made by dancehall act Stonebwoy that Nigerian musicians always have to pass through Ghana before making it in the music industry.
This comment has incurred the wrath of Nigerians on Stonebwoy as they troll him on social media.
In an Instagram live conversation with one of Nigerian’s top media personality, Tunde Balogun, Stonebwoy said that there is a blessing in Ghana in which Nigerian musicians always tap from in other for them to be well-known in the industry.
“Nigerians have to always pass through Ghana, why? There’s a blessing here that you guys tap from and run with. No Ghanaian artiste who is big in Ghana had ever had to go to pass through Nigeria to qualify to blow in the country.” he said.
In making the point clear, Stonebwoy cited an example using Mr. Eazi, saying that he passed through Ghana before he was known Worldwide.
Some Nigerians on social media have taken on Stonebwoy and asked why some underground musicians in Ghana have not tapped into the sole-called blessings he claimed.
