NPP stalwart and maverick parliamentarian, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has been used by a pastor and a politician of the opposition NDC for slandering and making false accusations against them.
Kennedy Agyapong has become popular in the country for his personal decision to clamp down on fake pastors and expose their shady deals in broad daylight.
This agenda by the politician has led him to receive huge viewership on his NET2 TV as every prying eye wants to see who and how Kennedy Agyapong will be exposing the next person.
In a video shared exclusively by Ghpage TVon YouTube, Rev. Obotuo who claims Kennedy Agyapong has said some untruths about him has decided to seek clarity and clear his name in the law court.
This has necessitated his decision to serve Kennedy Agyapong with a court suit.
According to Rev. Obotuo, he has embarked on this legal battle not only to regain his lost reputation due to the slanderous words of the ballistic politician but to also painfully teach Kennedy Agyapong and his media organization the need to adhere to the norms and ethics of their trade.
Rev. Obuto also sued Justice Kwaku Annan, Rev. Owusu Bempah, Demon Breaker, and Osei Bonsu Hoahi for the same offence.

In another suit, an NDC executive in the Ashanti Region, Mr Joseph Yammin has also served Kennedy Agyapong with a court action.
The NDC kingpin insists that Mr Agyapong, the Member of Parliament for Assin Central Constituency in the Central region, has defamed him in public by labelling him (Yammin) as a ‘killer’.
He furthered that the MP also accused him of conspiring to commit a series of murder to create instability in the country.
“The plaintiff avers that, on or about 14th day of May 2020, the 1st defendant published false news about the plaintiff which were defamatory on the 2nd defendant media airwaves OMAN FM 107.1”.
The plaintiff contends that the said stories published by Kennedy Agyapong and Ken City Media are vexatious, total fabrication and have exposed him to hatred, ridicule and contempt.
The leading member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has, therefore, demanded a whopping GH¢95 million from the MP as damages, ordering him to retract the statements on the same channel three times a day for a year.
